ATP’s educational programs give young people a supportive space to explore thoughts, ideas, and emotions, as well as a place to foster confidence, creativity, collaboration, and empathy. All of ATP’s educational programs are truly inclusive, meaning no student is ever turned away for financial reasons.

Learn from these masters of vocal performance. These two powerhouses are experts in the studio and onstage and will guide you to pop/rock stardom. Learn technique/tone/poise in this special one day event!

Eric Krop
Eric was seen on Broadway in Godspell, as “The Broadway Belter” on the hit Fox Show “I can see Your Voice”, is a recording artist, music producer and performer who recently relocated back to NYC after a brief stint climbing the hills of Los Angeles and the mountains of Montana. They are so grateful to be back in New York to collaborate with long time friends and composers Derek Gregor and Selda Sahin. You can hear Eric on all streaming platforms - @ericmkrop

Susan O’Dea
Susan O’Dea is a singer, songwriter, actor and musician based out of New York City. She is a member of the Grammy-nominated and Tony Award winning Broadway Inspirational Voices, and an alumnus of the Boston Conservatory. Some of her career highlights include singing for Stephen Schwartz at Lincoln Center, the Obamas at the White House and the NY Pops at Carnegie Hall. In 2020, O’Dea formed an acoustic duo with fellow artist Nick Spear called Big Sky City Lights. They released their most recent album “A Mountain to Go” in October of 2024. Their unique style and dreamy, harmony-infused sound landed them a feature on Good Morning America as well as coveted spots at various festivals, including Sisters Folk Festival, and Under The Big Sky Festival on the bill with Lord Huron, Jason Isbell, Tyler Childers, Emmylou Harris and others. Outside of NYC, you may see Susan touring around the country with Big Sky City Lights or with the touring companies of Neil Berg’s “50 Years of Rock and Roll” and “100 Years of Broadway”.

Musical theater song workshop with two Broadway stars. Be a master story teller  and learn stage presence. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to boost your confidence and theater skills.

Matthew Sims
Matthew is YOUR favorite cousin and hails from the great state of Louisiana but has lived in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey and Atlanta.  In his spare time you can find him binge watching something on Netflix, in a boxing class,  cooking and/or trying to make himself sneeze. He spends time tutoring math virtually and loves to share all he knows with anyone that will listen. Matthew’s most recent credits include, The Book of Mormon National Tour, Motown National Tour, a few commercials and made his Broadway debut with the revival of The Wiz. Matthew is a performer to the core and is passionate about making the day of everyone he meets a little bit brighter. 

Julie Foldesi
Julie Foldesi s a NY based singer/songwriter and actor. Originally from North Carolina, she grew up traveling the world living in Japan and Korea.  She has appeared on Broadway in Sunday in the Park with George, Newsies, South Pacific, Little Women and The Full Monty. Julie has won many songwriting competitions, was a feature on the web series "Submissions Only," and plays with her bluegrass influenced band in NYC. She was a regular on As the World Turns, has been seen in th eoccasional commercial, and most often is found writing songs and spending her days with her daughter. She has a BA in Opera performance from UNC-Chapel Hill and is currently working on some writing projects.



ATP KIDS THEATRE PRODUCTIONS

Led by our theatre professionals including Broadway veterans, ATP Kids is an after-school program of theatre education through performance. Students will learn theatre basics and creativity through improvisation, storytelling, movement, and games, as well as rehearsal on a production to be performed at the end of the session! ATP Kids aims at entertaining kids while fostering self-confidence, teamwork and self-expression.

BROADWAY SUMMER CAMP - 2024 Registration FULL

Imagine learning acting, singing, and dancing from some of Broadway's more powerful artists. This summer, you can!

Local students in Grades 5 - 12 have the unique opportunity to learn from Broadway performers in this unique 3-week intensive training session. Students will be coached 1-on-1 by a faculty of professional Broadway actors, and then present what they've learned in a series of full concert evenings performed alongside their Broadway mentors!
